3. Applicant Unlocking: Upon purchasing a package, employers are given a timeframe within which they can unlock a predetermined number of applicant profiles. The number of applicants that can be unlocked depends on the tier of the purchased package.
4. Expiration and Renewal: If the allotted number of applicants is not unlocked by the expiration of the timeframe, there is no refund or extension provided. To continue unlocking applicants, users must sign up for another package.
5. Refund Policy: All sales of packages on Blue Errand are final, with no exceptions. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued. It's important for users to carefully review package details and features before making a purchase decision.
